Emergency Support

This comes in two variants.

The first. You have no contract with dcs associates but you are in the brown stuff, guests are getting angry and there is a level of panic among the staff. Your IT (or an aspect of it) has stopped working. It is crisis time. Call dcs associates for emergency call out.

The Second of our emergency support services is contractual. The emergency support package is aimed at small IT departments who wish to pay a fixed fee for support during times of the year when holidays or sick days cause a shortage in the workforce. Our main priority is offering peace of mind. When you (or your dedicated IT personnel) are away on holiday who takes care of the IT support? Worst still who covers those emergencies when a server is down? Wouldn't it be great to have a company already familiar with your IT infrastructure, has a relationship with you and your staff and can easily and quickly correct IT problems?
